You pay zero ongoing fees that month. Our performance fees are only charged when we successfully collect AR on your behalf. The implementation fee covers our setup work — after that, we only earn on results. This keeps our incentives perfectly aligned with yours.

Yes. After the first 90 days (which gives us time to implement your strategy and show results), you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. We'll hand off all account information, documentation, and collections history. No penalties, no clawbacks.

No monthly minimums. No retainers. No "management fees" on top of collection percentages. Your implementation fee is your only fixed cost. Everything else is pure performance — we earn when you get paid.

At onboarding, we total your existing AR portfolio value. The first 50% of that total that we collect is charged at 8%. The remaining 50% (typically older, harder-to-collect accounts) is charged at 12%. New past-due accounts added during service are charged at 10% regardless of age. You receive a monthly statement showing exactly how each dollar is categorized.

Implementation covers: full AR portfolio audit and categorization, customer payment history analysis, custom collection strategy development, account onboarding and data entry, client portal setup, first reporting cycle, and a strategy kickoff call. For Tier 4, this also includes an on-site kickoff meeting.
